This is my first time creating a cover image or figure. What should I do?
You will need to fill out the order form available through the link. The order form is prepared in a PPT format, where you can provide a brief overview of your research and attach sketches and related visual materials. Please check the example of the order form for guidance.
In addition to science-based projects, we have produced excellent results in areas such as medical design and more. We also handle designs for journal covers, figures, TOC (Table of Contents), book covers, conference posters, and media presentation images.
For any other questions, please feel free to contact us via the Contact page or email us at vista@vistagraphics.net.
How should I sketch?
While directly depicting your research is fine, incorporating exaggeration, abstraction, and metaphors within allowable boundaries can result in much higher quality outcomes. Please use as much imagination as possible in your sketches.
If sketching is difficult, it’s not mandatory. If you’re unsure of any ideas, you can consult with us about the project, and we can proceed with a sketch and suggestions based on our discussions.
AI-Generated Image Sketch Utilization Guide
AI-generated images can be an efficient supplementary tool for sketching purposes.
However, when providing an AI-generated image as a reference
for a work commission, please keep the following two points in mind to achieve better results:
1. Do not rely absolutely on AI-generated images.
Since AI strictly executes prompt commands, the resulting image may contain severe distortion,
incorrect angles, and inappropriate material/texture that are difficult to implement in reality.
Please treat it as an auxiliary tool for accurate drawing and only use it as reference material.
2. Output diverse reference images and converge them.
Make the most of the AI tool's strengths. Even with the same situation and prompt,
you can generate a large volume of images from various perspectives.
By converging these multiple images and securing the optimal 'A-cut' sketch,
you can help us produce a more refined final output.
By considering these points and providing AI-generated images as a reference,
we can implement your desired result more quickly and accurately.
I have completed the order form.
Please attach the completed order form and send it to vista@vistagraphics.net You can also use the real-time chat window or the contact page.
How long does it take to complete a design?
On average, it takes 1 to 2 weeks to complete a design. If you're facing a tight deadline, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We can also handle urgent projects with short deadlines (1-2 days).
What kind of files will I receive?
Once the project is complete, we will provide all the files required by the journal. These usually include formats like .pdf, .png, .tiff, and .jpg, and we will match the required size and resolution.
What about the copyright of the completed design?
Once the design is completed, it belongs to you, and you are free to reuse it in any form or medium. The images we create may be used in our portfolio, provided they are not under embargo.
How do I make a payment?
After the project is completed, we will send you the payment details. We can issue any necessary documentation, such as tax invoices or invoices, to meet your needs.
