Wearable Thermotherapy

This image depicts a conformal knee-mounted dielectric heater designed for therapeutic relief of joint pain. The transparent, stretchable heater seamlessly adheres to the skin, ensuring comfort and mobility. Its sandwich structure (electrode–dielectric layer–electrode) enables heat generation through dipolar reorientation of plasticizers within the dielectric layer, delivering uniform and efficient thermal therapy.
